INSTRUCTIONS:
Click on the download links below for the desired classes
you would like to watch.
IMPORTANT: When the file has been downloaded, RENAME the file
by changing the extension from .zip to .mp4.
Note: If you cannot
see the files extension, you need to turn OFF the Windows setting which hides
file extensions. Instructions to do so below:
Windows XP: Click on the Start button. RIGHT Click on My
Computer. At the top go to TOOLS > FOLDER OPTIONS. Go to the VIEW tab.
UNCHECK the box that says “Hide extensions for known file types”
Windows 7: Click on
the Start button and type FOLDER OPTIONS and hit ENTER. Go to the VIEW tab.
UNCHECK the box that says “Hide extensions for known file types”
NOTE ON WATCHING THE VIDEOS:
If you do not have a newer version of Windows Media Player –
you may not be able to play the .mp4 videos. Update to the latest Windows Media
Player OR download a free video player called VLC.
